Affordable Therapy Room Rental in Central London
Located in the heart of London, our offices are home to several warm and welcoming counselling rooms available for counsellors and psychotherapists to rent at affordable rates. We have 5 therapy rooms which are suitable for working one-to-one, and 1 room suitable for group work (max 8 people).
Our Therapy Rooms
All our therapy rooms have windows and are neutrally decorated and furnished with comfortable chairs. Therapy rooms are supplied with two clocks, lamps, tissues and a waste bin. Heaters and/or fans can be provided on request.

Invoicing
- Invoices for therapy rooms will be issued monthly by email. Please pay promptly and no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
- If you are regularly in arrears, we may ask you to pay in advance, terminate your booking, and/or refuse further bookings.
Payment Methods
- Stripe payment using the link on the invoice
- Bank transfer: bank details are on the invoice. The reference should be Your Name + Room Hire.
Terms & Conditions
WCC reserves the right to review and potentially increase the room hire cost, giving reasonable notice (at least 6 weeks).

If you’re booking for the first time, we recommend you arrange a visit to WCC to see exactly what we have to offer. We require details of the activity taking place, along with a copy of your insurances and a signed room hire policy before we can approve any room bookings. If applicable, we’ll also require evidence of membership with a regulatory body (e.g. UKCP, BACP).

About Us
Established in the 1980s as a local community health project, and as a charity in 1995, today Waterloo Community Counselling (WCC) is well placed to deliver life-changing counselling and mental health support to individuals across London. Last year we provided over 7,500 hours of high quality, individual counselling to 695 people.
We are one of only a handful of counselling services offering long-term talking therapy at reduced fees. We reach adults from diverse backgrounds who have experienced loss, trauma and abuse, and are struggling with anxiety, depression and other difficulties.
Our unique Multilingual Counselling Service provides free mother-tongue counselling to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers who have survived exile, torture, human trafficking and modern slavery in over 23 different languages.
